End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Terms for accessing requisition content and using the Scientia Digital jobs board.

Effective Date: Apr 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Scientia Digital Inc. Jobs Board ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Site.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Scientia Digital Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for the purpose of viewing available IT consulting requisitions for the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and Broader Public Sector (BPS).

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or material obtained from the Site.
  • Use any automated means, including scrapers, bots, or spiders, to extract or index data from the Site.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers/networks connected to it.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the underlying code, schemas, design, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Scientia Digital Inc. or its licensors. Job descriptions and requisition-specific data are properties of their respective creators (OPS/BPS) and are displayed here for informational and application purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all information contained on it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scientia Digital Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the job listings. We do not guarantee that any requisition will result in a successful placement or engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scientia Digital Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

7. Changes to the Agreement

Scientia Digital Inc. reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
