The Scientia Digital Jobs Board operates primarily as a public listing of available IT consulting positions for the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and Broader Public Sector (BPS).

  • Application Data: When you apply for a position via the Site, you use a mailto:link. We do not intake, store, or process your resume, personal information, or application data directly on this Site's backend. Your email and attachments are routed directly to Scientia Digital Inc. recruitment staff through secure email channels.
  • Log Data & Analytics: As with most modern websites, our hosting provider (Google Cloud/Firebase) may log basic standard connection data for operational, security, and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Information

Any personal information submitted directly to our recruitment team (via email) is strictly used for evaluating your qualifications and matching you with available consulting engagements within the OPS or BPS frameworks.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality Obligations

Under our Master Service Agreements (MSA) with Flextrack and the Ontario Government, Scientia Digital Inc. observes the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.

  • All information handled on behalf of the Client (OPS/BPS) is treated as strictly confidential.
  • Personal Information is solely collected, stored, processed, and used for the explicit purpose of providing the agreed-upon staffing services and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • We require our external consultants to execute confidentiality agreements providing an equal or greater level of protection.

5. Security Measures

Scientia Digital Inc. takes physical, organizational, and technological precautions to ensure the security and integrity of Personal Information and keeps it in a secure environment safe from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. We limit access to Personal Information strictly to authorized personnel who require it to perform their staffing duties.
